Privacy Policy

DialGoals runs Forge, an AI voice accountability coach, at dialgoals.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, request a live demo call, or apply for or take part in the Forge pilot, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information we collect
- What you give us when you apply: your first name, email address, mobile phone number, time zone, preferred call times, the goals you choose to share, and whether you agreed to calls and to text messages.
- Coaching calls: audio recordings and transcripts of your calls with Forge, and the summary, plans and commitments created from them.
- Text messages: the check-in texts we send you and any replies you send to our number.
- Emails: recap and welcome emails we send you and any replies you send us.
- Live demo calls: if you request a demo call on our website, your first name, mobile phone number, time zone, the time of your request, and the audio recording and transcript of the demo call.
- Website usage: when you visit dialgoals.com, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your general location (city or region), device and browser type, and actions such as requesting a demo call. It uses cookies and similar technologies to do this.
How we use it
- To review your application and set up your pilot.
- To place your scheduled coaching calls and give Forge the context it needs, such as your goals and past commitments.
- To send you call recaps, calendar files and, if you opted in, weekly check-in texts and replies.
- To answer your questions, pause or change your calls, and improve the service.
- To place the one-time demo call you request, limit repeat or abusive requests, and follow up if you choose to apply for the pilot.
- To understand how visitors use our website and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Text messaging (SMS)
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
You only receive texts from us if you check the optional text box on our application form. Texting is not required to join the pilot. You can reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms for details.
Website analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use dialgoals.com. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and sends usage information to Google. We use this information only to measure and improve our website, not for advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Live demo calls
When you request a demo call, we call the number you enter once, using an AI voice. The call is recorded and transcribed. Only request a demo call for your own phone number. If you didn't request a call, or want your demo information deleted, email hello@dialgoals.com.
Service providers we rely on
We use a small number of companies to run the service. They process your information only to provide their service to us:
- Retell AI, for the AI voice calls, recordings and transcripts.
- Twilio, for phone calls and text messages.
- Supabase, for storing your account and call data.
- n8n, for the automations that schedule calls and send messages.
- InterServer, for our website and email.
- Google Analytics, for website usage statistics.
- AI model providers, such as OpenAI, to write text replies and call summaries.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are in the pilot. We keep demo call information only as long as we need it to run and improve the demo. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@dialgoals.com, and we will delete it within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
- Stop texts anytime by replying STOP.
- Pause or stop calls by telling Forge on a call or replying to any of our emails.
- Ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion by emailing us.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to what is needed to run the service. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, but we work to protect it.
Age requirement
The Forge pilot is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email.
