Pilot terms

DialGoals offers Forge, an AI voice accountability coach, as a free pilot. By applying, you agree to these terms.

Who can join: adults 18 and older with a US mobile number.
Calls: Forge calls the number you give us at the times you choose, using an AI voice. Calls are recorded and transcribed so we can send your recap email.
Not professional advice: Forge is an accountability tool. It is not medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US, or 911 in an emergency.
Pausing or leaving: you can pause or stop anytime by telling Forge on a call, replying to any of our emails, or emailing hello@dialgoals.com.
Free and as-is: the pilot is free and provided as-is. We may change or end it at any time, and we will let you know by email.

Program: Forge Check-ins by DialGoals.
What you get: a weekly accountability check-in text about the goals you set on your Forge coaching calls, and replies from Forge to the messages you send us.
How you join: only by checking the optional text box on the application form at dialgoals.com. Texting is not required to join the pilot.
How often: about 1 message per week, plus replies to messages you send. Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts.
Stop: reply STOP at any time to cancel. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then stop texting you. Reply START to join again.
Help: reply HELP for help, or email hello@dialgoals.com.
Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: we never sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
